Provide legal advice and opinions to the University Board, Management, University authorities and other stakeholders.
Draft, review, and finalise legal documents and agreements, and advise on all contractual and non-contractual matters.
Ensure the University’s compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations including the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 and internal directives.
Manage and coordinate legal proceedings by instructing and assisting the University’s panel of lawyers in cases involving the University.
